Job Title: Production Team MemberJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team. Candidates will be responsible for preparing pallets by following work orders and performing basic math calculations to ensure accurate weights and measures. This role requires the physical ability to lift bags of products and stack pallets consistently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stack pallets for the production team according to work orders.
- Perform basic math calculations to determine the number of bags needed.
- Lift and move bags weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
- Utilize a digital scale to ensure correct weight requirements.
- Operate and control a control panel similar to a smartphone.
- Learn and apply new skills as necessary.
- Work safely and effectively with chemicals.
- Ask for assistance when needed.
Essential Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate a control panel.
- Basic math skills for calculating weights and measures.
- Experience in a general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related environment within the last 5 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of continuous employment with the same company in the last 5 years.
- Capability to stand for up to 8 - 12 hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production, assembly, packaging, food manufacturing, or machine operation is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and operate a forklift, both sit-down and stand-up models.

Work EnvironmentWork in a small-town, family-like setting with a focus on safety and GMPs. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, hairnets, eye protection, and other safety gear. The facility may reach up to 90 degrees in the summer, while winter conditions remain comfortable. An on-site orientation lasting 3-4 hours is provided to new employees.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Faribault, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
