Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in the bottling line, ensuring the efficient filling and packaging of various containers. You will be involved in loading bottles onto the line, operating labeler machines, packaging finished products, and maintaining quality control throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Load empty bottles onto the production line for filling.
- Place bottles on labeler machines and package the finished products.
- Work alongside conveyors to take off and package finished products.
- Stack and palletize finished products from the filling line.
- Handle general production duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing bottling environment.
- Experience with forklift operation.
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Production Technician.
- Familiarity with general labor tasks such as packaging and palletizing.
- Skill in operating bottling and labeling machines.

Work EnvironmentThe production team consists of approximately 25-30 employees, supported by 8-10 office staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel. We operate a fleet of trucks, including tractors, tankers, a trailer, and a straight truck. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with occasional Saturdays. In the summer, shifts may start earlier to avoid heat, from 6am-2pm. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks during the day.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of COCKEYSVILLE, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
