Job Title: Packager 2Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team in General Production, Machine Operation, and Warehouse roles. These positions play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. We are offering 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. 3rd shift positions have limited availability, but we encourage all interested applicants to apply as we will consider all candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production or warehouse tasks.
- Operate basic equipment or machines with provided training.
- Load, unload, move, or organize materials and products.
- Inspect parts or products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily objectives.
Essential Skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, or move materials during the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
