Job Title: Entry Level Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated team member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and filling 50-pound bags on a conveyor belt. The position requires the ability to lift and move these bags as needed.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to corporate and regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
- Weigh blocks and place label tickets on blocks and boxes.
- Manage boxer and robotic operations.
- Maintain operating records such as block counts.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read work orders in English.
- Team player with experience in production, general labor, packing, loading, stacking pallets, and warehouse production.
- Basic computer skills necessary for documenting work orders.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Capability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of packaging processes.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
