Job Title: CAD Technician DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CAD Technician Designer to join our dynamic team of Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Site Engineers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit, and will be responsible for creating and drafting technical details as well as preparing design variations.
Responsibilities
- Create and draft technical details using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare variations of design to meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Site Engineers to ensure accuracy and quality of designs.
- Utilize Civil 3D for land development projects.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Minimum of two years of experience in land development or related design fields.
- Ability to create and draft technical details effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Experience with residential and commercial land development preferred.
Work EnvironmentThis is an office-based position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The team consists of about 25 employees, fostering a family-oriented culture with strong community involvement. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
