The role
Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), to access learning and develop independence. Support students with SEND assisting with their learning, communication, social, emotional and behavioural needs. Provide support in the classroom, in small group interventions, and one-to-one; and as directed at break and lunchtimesContribute to student reviews and record observations Work under the direction of the SENDCo and Specialist Teachers, and liaise proactively with teachers regarding pupil profiles and progressDischarge a duty of care to all students in the schoolThe ideal candidate
GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or equivalentExperience working with students with a range of abilities is desirable but not essential.What we offer
