About this role
The successful applicant will be:
an outstanding TA committed to supporting children with special educational needs in partnership with class teachers;passionate about helping children to overcome a wide range of barriers to learning by thinking about their needs holistically;able to think creatively to make learning exciting and relevant;highly organised and able to manage their time effectively;reflective practitioners who are keen to learn, develop and improve their practice;positive, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a wider team; andeducated to at least GCSE grade C/5 or equivalent in maths and English (an NVQ or equivalent in Learning Support or Early Years is also desirable).
