Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is working with a global life sciences company seeking Cleanroom Production Operatives on a full-time basis in Cardiff (CF14).
This position is initially expected to run for three months and could continue beyond this for the right candidates.
What We Offer

- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- Morning and afternoon shifts, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

Key Duties
- Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Perform manufacturing and assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions and process aid sheets.
- Maintain required daily output.
- Run manual and semi-automated equipment and ensure production targets are met.
- Work with team leads, engineers, supervisors and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Carry out other duties as assigned and participate in quality activities, training sessions and employee activity teams as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in production or warehousing positions is essential.
- Previous cleanroom experience is ideal.
- Comfortable wearing full cleanroom PPE and following working guidelines.
- Own transport is ideal due to the working hours and location.
