You will handle a varied non-contentious construction caseload including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and associated documents
- Supporting contentious matters such as adjudications and construction disputes
- Advising a diverse client base including housing associations, developers, contractors and consultants
- Procurement and risk allocation
About You
- Qualified Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Newly Qualified + experience in construction law
