About this role
Structural Engineer – Take Your Experience into the Energy Sector
Ready to apply your structural engineering skills to something new?
You don't necessarily need to have spent your career in the energy sector to make an impact here.
We're recruiting for a growing engineering organisation delivering complex industrial equipment and structures for projects spanning conventional and emerging energy technologies.
The business is looking for structural engineers who understand steelwork design, enjoy technical problem-solving and want to broaden their exposure to multidisciplinary engineering.
The opportunity
Rather than focusing exclusively on conventional building structures, you'll be involved in the design of steel frames, equipment supports, modular structures and associated foundations.
You'll
- Take responsibility for structural calculations and design packages.
- Work closely with mechanical engineers and designers.
- Review and develop engineering solutions to meet project requirements.
- Gain exposure to a variety of industrial applications and international standards.
- Help shape design practices as the team continues to grow.
About you
You'll have a relevant engineering degree, at least 3 years' structural design experience, strong steelwork analysis skills and experience with recognised structural software.
More experienced engineers with 6+ years' experience will also be considered for senior-level opportunities.
If your current role feels a little repetitive and you'd like to explore a broader range of engineering challenges, I'd welcome a conversation. Apply today to find out more.
