Nurse Manager - Permanent Opportunity 50-60k salary
Reed Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Manager for a nursing home based in Dundonald
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with strong leadership experience to oversee clinical care, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing and care teams.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered.
- Maintain compliance with RQIA standards and regulations.
- Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical governance.
- Manage staff training, supervision, and rota planning.
- Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Essential Criteria
- Current NMC Part 1 registration.
- Minimum 5 years' post-registration nursing experience.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar care setting.
- Management qualification or 2 years' relevant management experience.
- Strong understanding of RQIA requirements and nursing home standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
