Reed Practice are supporting an established accountancy practice near Royal Wootton Bassett in their search for a Management Accountant.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or nearly qualified practice accountant to join a growing firm that combines traditional accountancy services with a strong advisory focus. Working closely with SME and owner-managed businesses, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio, supervise junior team members and play a key role in supporting clients as they grow.
We're looking for someone who has
- ACA or ACCA qualification, or is in the final stages of qualification
- Recent experience within a UK accountancy practice
- Experience preparing and reviewing accounts and management accounts
- Previous responsibility for supervising or mentoring junior staff
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Experience working with SME and owner-managed business clients
- The confidence to build relationships and act as a trusted contact for clients
