The Role
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the junior age range.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress where required.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Recent experience teaching within a primary or junior school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is essential.
- Two satisfactory professional references.
