The ideal Teaching Assistant will
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across primary settings where appropriate
- Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils access learning
- Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt confidently to different schools, classrooms and age groups
Teaching Assistant requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting
- A flexible, proactive and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- L2-L3 TA qualification or as a minimum - GCSE Maths & English C-grade/equivalent
