A well-established commercial law firm in Central London is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its growing practice. The Opportunity
You'll become part of a busy and collaborative team handling a broad range of employment law matters, including:
- Advising employers and employees on day-to-day employment issues
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims and workplace disputes
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements and workplace policies
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and dismissal matters
- Supporting corporate transactions, including employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
- Advising on settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and senior executive exits
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
This role provides genuine responsibility from the outset, alongside excellent mentoring and ongoing professional development.
About You
Applications are welcomed from solicitors who offer:
- UK qualification with approximately 1 to 5 years' PQE in Employment Law
- Experience of contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive approach and desire to develop within a successful team
- A strong academic and training background
