As a Credit Control professional, you will help keep customer payments on track by managing credit control activity day to day and helping the Accounting & Finance department maintain clear and accurate account records.

Description
- Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue balances for timely follow-up.
- Contact customers by phone and email to request payment and resolve outstanding queries.
- Maintain accurate notes on account activity, payment promises and customer communications.
- Review aged debt information and highlight accounts that need further action.
- Work with internal colleagues to resolve invoice and payment queries promptly.
- Update customer account records to reflect payments, queries and agreed actions.
- Prepare clear information on outstanding balances for the Accounting & Finance department.
- Help maintain an organised credit control process during this temporary assignment.
Profile
A successful 'Credit Controller' should have
- Experience handling customer account queries and following up overdue payments.
- Confidence communicating with customers by phone and email.
- The ability to keep accurate account notes and payment records.
- Good attention to detail when reviewing customer balances and account information.
- Experience working with financial data and customer account records.
- The ability to organise follow-up actions and manage competing account queries.
Job Offer
