No self-storage experience? No problem.
If you enjoy speaking with people, have a positive attitude, and love delivering great customer experiences, full training will be provided to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Customer Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers exploring storage options for their home or business.
You'll manage inbound enquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend the most suitable solution while delivering a friendly and professional service.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone
- Understanding customer needs through effective questioning
- Providing information on available storage solutions
- Helping customers choose the right option for their requirements
- Following up enquiries and converting them into bookings
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working towards team and individual performance targets
- Delivering a positive customer experience on every interaction
Working Hours
This is a permanent 20-hour per week opportunity.
The rota includes
- Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
- One weekday shift each week
Applicants must be able to commit to weekend working as part of their regular schedule.

You could be working in retail, hospitality, customer service, a contact centre, or another customer-focused environment.
