The Role
As a Customer Service & Logistics Sales Coordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service levels while identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
Working closely with internal operational teams, you will ensure customer requirements are met efficiently whilst maintaining strong commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Building and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, pricing and customer proposals.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts.
- Coordinating logistics requirements and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Tracking customer shipments and resolving any service-related issues.
- Liaising with operations, transport and warehouse teams.
- Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records.
- Producing regular customer reports and updates.
- Supporting business development activities and customer meetings.
