About this role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join an established housing association, carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a qualified Electrician with previous experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.
The Role
- Responsive electrical repairs and maintenance
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Testing and inspection
- Electrical remedial works
- Working within occupied and void social housing properties
- Completing relevant certification and job documentation
- Providing a professional service when working in tenants' homes
- Travelling across Nottingham and surrounding areas
Requirements
Applicants must have
- Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Level 3 Electrical qualification
- Strong domestic fault-finding and repair experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable
- 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent
- AM2
- Previous EICR/testing experience
