About this role
We're recruiting for an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative to join a housing association in Nottingham on a temp-to-perm basis.
The role will involve carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, alongside other general multi-trade works where required.
The Role
- Carrying out day-to-day carpentry repairs and maintenance
- Working across social housing properties in Nottingham
- Completing associated multi-trade repairs as required
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Van and fuel card provided from day one
Requirements
- Strong carpentry background
- Previous social housing experience essential
- Competent in additional trades / general maintenance
- Previous repairs and maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently across occupied properties
