Lead a small team, responsible for delivery of residential installation projects on construction sites!!
Open to immediate start or candidates with a notice period to serve. You will ideally bring a background of projects or operations management experience, in a transferrable sector.

Duties might include
- People management – allocating workload, monitoring objectives, providing an escalation point for clients and the team, training, development and strategy
- Receiving and agreeing briefs from sales & design teams to then be transferred to clients; setting milestones, budgets, deliverables and deadlines
- Using project documents to calculate materials and resource requirements
- Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients
- Issuing and allocating Purchase Orders and invoices
- Setting up project management systems, software and processes

Benefits
To be successful in this role, you should have experience of operations or project management related to the construction sector, or similar, and ideally bring experience of managing / leading a team. Experience from other / related sectors will be considered. A driving licence is required.
