Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Pay: £150-240

Are you a Primary or EYFS Teacher considering a move into specialist education?
I'm looking for teachers in Aylesbury who can bring a practical, creative approach to supporting pupils with complex needs. Applications are welcome from teachers interested in primary SEND roles and those open to using their skills within a specialist secondary setting.
Your experience of early communication, developmental learning, routines and breaking tasks into manageable steps could be particularly valuable.
The role will involve
- Planning learning around pupils' individual needs and developmental levels.
- Adapting activities for pupils with autism and communication difficulties.
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants to deliver consistent support.
- Building communication, independence and emotional regulation into the school day.
Pupils may also have mobility and personal care needs, so you'll need to be comfortable working within a team that supports these.
Previous employment in a SEND school is not essential. Relevant teaching experience, patience and a willingness to adapt are key.
