Ongoing Temporary Opportunity with Potential to Become Permanent
We are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a well-established manufacturing and materials business based in Cinderford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in materials testing, materials science, laboratory work, quality control, or a highly process-driven manufacturing environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing and analysing material samples.
- Conducting quality checks and inspections in line with company procedures.
- Recording and reporting test results accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with laboratory and quality standards.
- Supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Suitable Backgrounds
We would be interested in hearing from individuals with experience in:
- Laboratory testing.
- Materials testing or materials science.
- Quality inspection or quality control.
- Manufacturing environments with strict procedures and documentation requirements.
- Roles requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Previous laboratory, testing, quality, or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
