About this role

This role is a key driver for HR’s configuration, maintenance, and support for our legacy HCM and advises on the broader HR technology stack and future HR technology roadmap. The Manager, HRIS leads a team of technologists and analysts responsible for deploying, implementing, and evolving modern digital tools, and enhancing capabilities using existing systems. This role contributes to the strategic roadmap for the digital HR experience by partnering with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, and plays a critical role in planning and executing Domino’s transition from the legacy HCM to a new HCM over the next 3–5 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Manage HRIS Team (40%)

Build and maintain a high-performing team focused on service and resultsEstablish goals aligned with HR and broader Domino’s priorities and manage team performanceEnable professional development of HRIS team membersLead career planning and succession planning for HRIS rolesSystem Administration (20%)

Maintain prioritization within HR for break/fix items and enhancementsReview and approve system administration changes made by the HRIS teamSupport, configure, and test HR systems including PeopleSoft HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Self Service, and Manager Self ServicePrioritize and drive development of and improvements to integrations between HCM and LMS, ATS, WFM, and other systemsConduct root cause analysis of system issues and partner with IT for resolutionOwn and guide release management of system changes and best practices to all departmentsProvide customer support for system questions and issuesManage daily configuration of the HCM environmentSystem Implementation (30%)

Partner with IT to plan and execute system changes, upgrades, and new implementationsEnsure a common method for requirements gathering across all HR systemsServe as primary partner with IT for HR systems maintenance (excluding ATS, LMS, Performance, and WFM)Own change control processes for modifications to the production environmentApprove user procedures and ensure help guides remain currentPartner with other HR personnel and business to ensure end users receive necessary training for new systemsApprove communications regarding HRIS system changes and enhancementsConduct quality control for user acceptance testingMonitor and ensure accuracy and integrity of interfaces across HR systemsSystem & Data Management Strategy Support (10%)

Ensure tools, systems, and processes maintain compliance with federal and local regulations governing personnel dataSet up recurring audits and controls to verify proper compliance system safeguardsApply automation strategies to compliance functions leveraging ERP capabilitiesAssist with internal and external auditsMaintain internal controls and adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring no significant deficiencies or material weaknesses (SOX)Coordinate with Manager, HR Reporting and Analytics on strategy and execution of data governance, data accuracy/clean-up, and data provisioning to the HR Reporting technology stack

7–10 years’ experience with Enterprise HCM (Workday, UKG Pro HR, PeopleSoft). PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred.Proficiency writing native SQLBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)7–10 years’ experience in a Management Information Systems role with people leadership responsibilitiesAbility to translate technical concepts into business friendly languageStrong project management skillsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, macros)Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio)Strong written and oral communication skillsLocated in, or ability to locate to, Ann Arbor, MIAbility to work in-office Monday to Thursday (Friday hybrid)ADDITIONAL NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience using Monday.com, ServiceNow, or Jira for project management, development workflow, and IT Service Management use-casesExperience migrating from PeopleSoft to other HCM platformsKnowledge of and experience supporting HCM connectivity to identity and access management solutionsExperience supporting Visier or other modern HR analytics solutions
