What Will You Do
- Monitor and verify incident tickets and provide first-level support on Production application issues.
- Provide quick fixes on Production issues if available.
- Log the sequence of events and update the status of incident ticket/s.
- Prepare related documents and reports for all incidents.
- Escalate incidents to the next level of support when needed.
- Collaborate with other TDS staff to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up to date on the latest TDS trends and technologies.
What Will You Bring
- 3-year technology graduate / at least 2-year experience in related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Production support role
