🌟 What You'll Be Doing
Every product that leaves the facility represents the company's commitment to quality, and you'll play a key role in making that happen. Carefully package lip balms and personal care products into cartons and displays Count and verify product quantities to ensure every order is packed accurately Use scales to confirm proper box weights and product counts Inspect labels for correct placement, expiration dates, print quality, and overall appearance Identify and remove products with defects such as damaged packaging, misprints, or labeling issues Maintain a steady pace on a high-speed production line while meeting daily goals Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready at all times Collaborate with teammates to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Preferred Experience
- Packaging, packing, assembly, production, or general labor experience
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Picking, palletizing, loading, unloading, and shipping activities
- Working in fast-paced environments with production goals
- Performing quality inspections and visual checks

- Strong counting and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Melrose Park, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.74 - $19.74/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
