The jobholder would be responsible to lead IT infrastructure and service operations, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and business-aligned technology services. The role is responsible for maintaining high service availability, operational resilience, business continuity, and compliance with DHL Group standards, policies, and governance requirements.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
- Lead end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring service availability and performance, and reliability of IT services.
- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes in line with best practices.
- Drive continual service improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the IT landscape.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application support, information security, data protection, and business teams to resolve service issues and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards, policies, and service management frameworks.
- Monitor and report on service performance KPIs, and SLA, driving corrective actions where required.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder management to ensure effective service support and delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop IT service teams, fostering a culture of customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Do you have what it takes?
- Degree in Information Services or an equivalent qualification.
- 4-5 years of IS (Information Service) and business experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, vendor management, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3 years of Information Systems Management experience.
