About this role
Are you looking for part-time supplemental income, working for a fun, growing company this winter? We are seeking dedicated Site Managers with snow removal experience and supervisory experience to lead a team for work in the Harrisburg & York area. This is an on-call position. Applicants must have open availability during winter events. This includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, etc. All of our accounts are 24/7/365 facilities.
The primary responsibilities of the position include confirming your team will be reporting to the job site on time, ensuring the team knows the plan of action, confirming the team is on task, performing quality control, and completing pre and post storm forms to report to management. Supervisory experience leading a team is a must, and qualified applicants need to have a valid driver’s license with prior history of operating commercial vehicles. Snow Removal Supervisors will be expected to perform regular equipment inspections, identify potential mechanical issues with the equipment, and communicate any issues and/or deficiencies to the shop mechanic in a timely manner.
Pay is $30+/hr., commensurate with experience, with bonus potential based upon performance. All our accounts are 24 hr. facilities, which means plenty of hours because we’re there from the start of the storm to the completion of the clean-up.
