As a Business Development Director, you will play a critical role in expanding Steritech’s market presence and securing strategic partnerships with national brands. You will represent an essential mission: helping clients safeguard their customers, protect their reputation, and elevate food safety and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership position where your expertise in enterprise-level consultative selling, industry knowledge, and strategic business acumen will directly contribute to growth and influence Steritech’s position as the premier partner in brand protection.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and secure partnerships with national and large multi-site brandsLead business development strategy within assigned verticals and marketsConduct executive-level meetings and present Steritech’s solutions to C-suite and senior decision-makersDesign, price, and negotiate complex, multi-service proposals to support enterprise growthMaintain active presence in national industry associations and thought-leadership forumsTrack, analyze, and report on sales activity and pipeline performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to deliver client success and accelerate revenue growthFood Safety & Brand Protection LeadershipDemonstrate advanced understanding of food safety regulations, public health principles, and risk-mitigation strategiesServe as a trusted industry advisor to clients on food safety best practices and emerging trendsPartner with internal subject-matter experts to build strategic, data-driven proposalsEducate executives and stakeholders on the value and impact of Steritech’s assessment programsUphold and promote Steritech’s safety, ethics, and compliance standards

Requirements

Qualifications

Proven success in senior business development or enterprise sales leadership rolesMinimum 4+ years in national-level business development; experience in multi-unit enterprise environments strongly preferredStrong experience selling high-value services or compliance-based solutionsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain C-suite and executive relationshipsDeep consultative selling and strategic account-planning expertiseFamiliarity with food safety, quality assurance, regulatory environments, or brand protection programs (industry training provided)Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presenceHighly strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizationsMust be self-driven, growth-oriented, and able to work independentlyAbility to travel; must reside near a major airportHome-based role requiring overnight travelMust pass Background Check and pre-employment and random Drug TestsMust meet MVR requirements (offer contingent on verification)Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000/ year with the following perks!
