About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Support product compliance activities within the warehouse
- Perform AQL sampling and inspection of hand-packaged materials
- Serve as a liaison between Quality and Operations teams
- Adhere to required gowning procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
- Manage drug returns and support sample activities
- Restock supplies and remove expired items
- Stage materials for production and provide cold‑storage backup
General Responsibilities
- Stay current on safety and GMP training
- Follow SOPs and report issues promptly
- Complete accurate documentation
- Support team needs, including occasional overtime
Work Conditions
- Frequent standing/walking
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- High School Diploma with 5–7 years of warehouse or inventory experience OR Associate’s Degree with 3–5 years of experience
- Previous experience in a GMP‑regulated environment
- Ability to follow written procedures (SOPs) accurately
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship
This position is Full-Time, Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Durham, NC are encouraged to apply.
