Effective daily coordination with his superior to optimize on stock management and on goods daily shipment.
Monitor Daily output report from plant and FG Inventory to ensure availability of goods for shipment.
Request and arrange the required transportation for goods shipment.
Follow up on the biweekly CSD meeting.
Foster the learning and development of team members thru specific career development plan, trainings; evaluate their performance thru motivational and challenging incentive schemes.
