Your responsibilities include
- Developing and implementing the inventory strategy for your sports department
- Coaching and motivating your sales team to achieve stronger results
- Ensuring attractive merchandising and effective stock management
- Identifying new talent and helping team members reach their full potential
- Contributing to sustainable business operations and excellent customer service
