- Don’t just be a part of the future—help create it.Make it possibleAs Senior Lean Proces Engineer, you will: - Lead improvement projects across our entire value chain, collaborating closely with other departments and experienced colleagues.- Improve material and logistics flows, design efficient processes, and support the creation of optimized workplaces.- Introduce and embed Industrial Best Practices, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company of FLC.- Support and train project teams in Industrial methods, Lean tools, and standards.- Establish and monitor performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.- Challenge the status quo by reviewing existing processes and KPIs to identify and resolve constraints and inefficiencies.- Facilitate workshops to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement.
Your teamYou’ll join FLC, responsible for designing and constructing the world’s longest immersed tunnel between Denmark and Germany.
