You ensure that employees work efficiently, accurately and safely, always meeting deadlines and quality standards. Monitor KPIs, steer where needed and maintain a clean, structured working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily leadership, coaching and guidance of your team. Monitoring KPIs and productivity, identifying trends and driving continuous improvements. Conducting daily team briefings and maintaining clear communication with employees and management. Managing workload, FTE planning, attendance, leave and daily hours registration. Ensuring correct execution of processes, procedures and HSEQ guidelines. Performing quality checks and training/educating employees. Maintaining workplace organization (5S) and ensuring a safe, clean environment. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations of employees and temporary workers.
