How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead operational excellence across the full application lifecycle, acting as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for complex integrations and configurations to keep systems running seamlessly.
- Shape future-state architecture and workflows by providing strategic technical expertise that aligns application designs directly with long-term business and patient care goals.
- Drive high-impact system enhancements from initial requirements gathering and vendor proposals through to post-launch evaluations and seamless upgrade management.
- Optimize application value and user adoption through performance metric analysis, user feedback, and cross-functional leadership in process redesign.
- Oversee strategic vendor partnerships and service level agreements to ensure financial sustainability, optimal contract performance, and low total cost of ownership.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s): None Required.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
