Supporting students 1-on-1 or in small groups to help them ace their classes
Being their go-to person for support and motivation
Creating a positive vibe in the classroom and keeping things organized
Helping with behavior management, and building relationships that matter
Collaborating with teachers to personalize learning for each student
What You Need to Bring
✅ An Associate’s degree, 60 college credits, OR a passing score on the Paraprofessional Exam
✅ Strong communication skills and a love for helping others
✅ Empathy, patience, and the ability to keep cool in stressful situations
✅ A passion for turning lives around
