Position Summary
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot technology procedures and systems
Minimum Qualifications/Job Requirements
Education: Bachelors in relevant field or equivalent certification
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc. Industry hardware and software certification highly desirable
Experience: Three or more years in an enterprise-scale IT environment
Specific Training/Skills: Windows clients/servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, programming/scripting, security and configuration of hosted services, networking configuration
The Board of Education and Superintendent may approve alternatives to some of the listed qualifications.

Performance Responsibilities
- Manage tasks and processes delegated by Server Administrator.
- Process, prioritize, and manage resolution of trouble tickets when needed.
- Perform advanced computer hardware/software installation, configuration and support.
- Diagnose and fix problems associated with software and hardware failures.
- Develop procedures to install and update software on devices districtwide.
- Create, update, and support images and software packages for installation on multiple computers.
- Advanced network troubleshooting.
- Develop custom solutions using scripting and/or programming.
- Expertise in networking, databases, programming, reporting, or other highly technical areas.
- Design sustainable procedures and systems to streamline technology department and district procedures and operations.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
