The Mount Vernon Adminstrative Group (MVAG) is a professional community of educators that support new administrators that support new administrators in the Mount Vernon City School District (MVCSD) in Mount Vernon, New York, The MVAG mentorship program aims to provide guidance, feedback and resources to help non-tenured administrators develop their leadership skills and navigate the challenges and opportunities of their roles.
Mentor Eligibility
- Permanent/Professional certification
- Must be a tenured administrator with experience in the specific area of mentoring
