2026-27 Para Professional 180-day contract

Benefits are
Vision, Dental, $15,000 Life Insurance and Hospital Indemnity. District has optional 401K & 403B plans available. One sick day per month worked and 2 personal days per year.
Salary range: $12.50 - $18.75 per hour and based upon experience in public schools.
Mountain Pine is located 6 miles Northwest of Hot Springs.
Additional Requirements
Meet Arkansas Paraprofessional certification requirements or have 60+ college hours. Online certification course can be taken if hired-cost $55.00. Successfully pass a background/fingerprints and Child Maltreatment checks.
