Reading Specialist/Intervention Experience Preferred
Delsea Regional School District is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative ELA Teacher to serve students in a middle school/high school Language Arts classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned ELA instruction consistent with state learning standards and district curriculum.
- Teach reading comprehension, vocabulary development, literary analysis, informational text analysis, writing, grammar, and language skills.
- Incorporate explicit modeling, guided practice, independent practice, and scaffolded instruction to support mastery of learning objectives.
- Differentiate instruction to address varied reading levels, learning needs, and academic abilities.
- Integrate accessible instructional materials, technology, and evidence-based teaching strategies to increase student engagement and achievement.
Salary: $126.00/day
