Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is helpful, but not required—training will be provided
Job Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering instruction to students with disabilities
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Reinforce academic and behavioral goals under the direction of the special education teacher
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
