About this role
The Assistant Swim Coach will support the head coach in training and developing high school swimmers. Responsibilities include assisting with practice planning and execution, providing technical instruction, and fostering a positive team environment. The assistant coach will also help monitor athlete progress, ensure safety during practices and meets, and assist with administrative tasks related to the swim program. Strong communication skills, a passion for swimming, and the ability to motivate student-athletes are essential. Previous coaching or competitive swimming experience is preferred.
