About this role
This is a position that offers experience along with training opportunities that would be provided by Athy Community Council.
- Cleaning duties for this position includes: Clean and stock designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling, washroom cleaning, etc).
- Clean staircases.
- Clean toilets.
- Perform and document activities.
- Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Follow all health and safety training.
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out in a professional manner, following all “safe systems of work” & risk assessment directions Wear the correct and appropriate PPE specified at all times Comply with all statutory Health & Safety Rules and Regulations Comply with all health & safety regulations for cleaning materials, equipment, and buildings.
- Provide high personal standards of work/performance, personal hygiene, and appearance.
- Wear PPE provided.
This position is required the person to work in a busy centre at evenings..
