- Sodexo is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across two higher education buildings in Dublin.
- Reporting to the Contract Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operational delivery of both hard and soft FM services, leading multidisciplinary teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, financial performance and client satisfaction.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the delivery of services, including hard and soft services.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service partners, and key stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring motivation, performance, and professional growth.
- Financial & Budget Control: Manage budgets, optimise expenditures, and drive financial efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure full legislative compliance, manage safety procedures, and uphold best practices in health & safety.
