About this role
Hogs & Heifers, famous restaurant by the Wright Bar Group has opened their new restaurant in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and requires a full time Chef de Partie. Full time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Salary Euro 36,605 per annum.

- Making sure food is of the right quality and is produced on time for customers.
- Help managing stock.
- Assisting the head and sous chefs during service.
- Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
- Cooking food to order.
