Standlee is looking for a Business Support Specialist to help keep our production and business operations organized, accurate, and moving forward. You will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and leadership to ensure information gets where it needs to go and issues get resolved.

What You'll Do
- Create purchase orders and support purchasing activities
- Enter and maintain production, inventory, and operational data
- Prepare reports and track production and operational information
- Review data for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies
- Process inventory transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Coordinate information across Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and management
- Support vendor communication related to purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and documentation
- Use Excel and company systems to organize and analyze information
- Maintain accurate records, logs, files, and operational documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
- Support communication in English and Spanish as needed
- Manage front desk responsibilities and support scale operations
- Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and business partners
- Monitor office and operational supplies
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, production support, manufacturing administration, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to investigate discrepancies
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Comfort working in a fast paced production environment
Preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, purchasing, or production systems
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, feed, food, or consumer packaged goods
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $19.91 to $26.93 per hour
Actual starting pay will consider relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
