QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift experience
- Basic computer skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Heavy physical effort such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing and pulling
- Prolonged standing/walking/crouching/squatting/crawling
- Awkward postures of neck, shoulder, wrist, elbow or fingers
- Balancing
- Frequent work in confined spaces or close quarters
- Hearing
- Speak clearly
- Repetitive motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck movement
- Occasional forceful hand grasp
- Reading
- Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs.
- Lifting from floor to waist
- Requires wearing a respirator
- Reaching shoulder level or below while holding an object
- Frequent climbing of ladders/scaffolds and stairs
- Able to see to distinguish colors, prepare/analyze figures, prepare/review documents and to visually inspect
- Exposure to forklifts, power tools and machinery
WORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Exposure to dangerous machinery
- Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Occasional extreme cold/heat for more than an hour
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals/fumes/gases/smoke and dust
- Bright environment or lighting
