About this role
The Sun Valley In-Room Dining Attendant delivers food orders to hotel guests' rooms. Working in hotels and hotel kitchens, they manage multiple orders and make deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take and accurately enter guest orders.
- Prepare orders according to established service standards.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Clear and clean dishes while maintaining an organized service area.
- Complete payment transactions accurately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at lease 19 years of age.
- Previous serving experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching.
- Able to safely move objects up to approximately 50 pounds about the workplace.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts.
