WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our Human Resources Department is seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual for the full-time, benefited position of Applicant Screening Coordinator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Screening applications for our locations and sending one-way video interview links to qualified applicants
- Evaluating one-way video interviews and selecting the candidates who are the right fit for in-person interviews with location management
- Partnering with location and district managers to understand and support staffing needs
- Creating and updating job postings, representing Delta Sonic at job fairs, and assisting with in-person interviews
The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $24.00 per hour.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Industry experience in recruiting, interviewing, applicant screening, staffing, or a related human resources role
- Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about all location-level positions
- Strong organization and excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work well with others
- Real enthusiasm for meeting, engaging, and connecting with people
- The ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly and effectively
- A quick learner who adapts easily to change
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to observe and analyze quickly
Good to know: Candidates who move on to the second interview will complete a behavioral-based interview assessment.
