- Starting pay is $21.25/hour +$0.75 night-shift premium

What we're looking for
Ability to work on night shift
Ability to work our 12-hour shift on a 3-2-2-3 schedule
Proven tow motor skills required (openings for sit down and stand up)
Ability to work overtime
Safe work habits, especially when operating a fork truck
Great communication skills
Ability to see the big picture as it pertains to the area and situation.
Extreme attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Passionate about neatness and organization
Positive attitude – ability to recognize that the rest of the plant is our customer, and treat them as such
Self-motivated & self-directed
